Mikaela "Laide Mak" McIntosh is an editor, reporter, content writer and media personality. Originally from Jamaica, Mikaela grew up in the mulitcultral city of Miami, Florida.

Having a love for media, she obtained a Mass Media degree from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. During her time in college, she was actively involved with campus ministry, operated a campus radio show on 90.9 BlazeFM, and was a reporter for the university's campus news station, VSU-TV.
After attending VSU, she moved to Memphis, Tennesse to complete the Downline Institute – a nine month discipleship program. As a part of giving back to the community in which she lived in, Mikaela often planned and hosted Cafe' Nights. After attending the program, Mikaela returned to Miami to serve in her home church and local community.

Also known as Laide Mak (pronounced Lady Mak), she is a radio personality featured on the Wade-O Radio Show. She can be heard weekly during the "Trending Topics" segment. She has also done voice over work for the show. In addition to appearing on the show, Mikaela edits, creates content, and manages the Wadeoradio.com website. In addition to content creation duties, she manages the sites social media pages and a team of writers. For the 10 years of working in CHH, Laide Mak has had the opportunity to interview artists and leaders like Lecrae, Trip Lee, Tedashii, Sho Baraka, FLAME, Json, Butta P, Serge, LaToria, Ki'Shon Furlow, Dhati Lewis, Adam Thomason, and many others.
Along with writing and reporting, Mikaela has been a program director for Kids Across America Summer Camps, Stoney Creek Ranch and her local church. She has interned for Dr. Tony Evans' national ministry, 'The Urban Alternative', and is a Media Arts and Worship graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary. Mikaela currently resides and serves in Dallas, Texas.
